The dvd player in my home theater system (it's in the receiver unit) finally died, but I like the rest of the receiver. I bought this dvd/blueray player as a replacement for the other player (I still use the receiver) and it works great. Plays all my regular dvds, cds, etc. It is one more remote which I need to figure out how to program, but I don't mind.

Blu-ray player boots up quickly and with WiFi can connect to hulu and Netflix. Only issue I had was with bd-live which allows blu-ray discs to connect online for Internet content. Star Wars blu-ray would not play because connection, but it works after disabling it.

Worked easily with my Samsung TV. Great price and good features.

I needed a device with wifi and streaming capabilities for my non smart tv. I have two other Samsung smart tvs so I thought I would give this a shot. It played blu rays fine. The box would freeze quite frequently while watching Netflix. It would lock up with a black screen and it was hard to reset the box because there is no LED letting you know it is on. I ended up exchanging it for the equivalent Sony wifi blu ray player. Best Buy did an even exchange and the Sony is working fine!

Everything works as it should. I would like it to have an on off light so I could tell if I am turning it on or if it is already on. It is also a little noisy when it's operating. it makes a clunky mechanical noise. I have not used any of the smart features yet.

This unit is a good standard WiFi enabled BluRay player. Does all the requisite functions well. Onlydrawback is that the form factor is not as seamlessly integrated with the TV as the previous versions.

This one has it all! Hulu, Netflix, wi-fi, easy to hook up and easy to use.

Small and compact, this Blue-ray DVD player does everything. The only objection is that there is no indicator light to say when it's on.

I don't use blu-ray a lot but when I do, I use Samsung with wi-five blu ray

Bought this Samsung - BD-J5700/ZA - Streaming Wi-Fi Built-In Blu-ray Player - Black from Best Buy, and it's great! Interestingly, when hooking it up, the player's remote also controlled my TV (which is also a Samsung TV I bought from Best Buy) without me even doing any programming. It works just great, and the price can't be beat. Best Buy rules!

We put this in our bedroom to replace a very old LG Blue Ray player. Setup was a snap, just told it to find wireless, put in my password and it did the rest. Works well with BD disks, DVDs as well as Netflix, Hulu, etc. Good picture and sound. Would reccomend it to anyone. Price was very good too.

DVD player has built in wi-fi which is one of the reasons I purchased this product. Another plus was that it offered the Amazon app which a lot of older players do not. Installing and setting this product up is something the average user should be able to do.
