I called Samsung Tech support and the software was out of date, right out of the box! They sent new software. Still no connection, not even with an Ethernet cable. Spent 5 hours on the phone with support. I took them back even though the boxes had been thrown away. Best Buy was awesome! I exchanged hem for 2 Sonys and they didn't even charge me the difference because of the trouble. Had both Sonys connected and working in 10 minutes. Thanks for your help Best Buy!

We apologize that our out-of-the-box was less than we wanted it to be. We update the firmware on occasion to include additional services and options, and many times there's an update while the units are in transit.
That said, we appreciate the feedback and will send it to the appropriate department.
