It took over 2 hours to get it set up and only with the help of Samsung. It worked great for that day. The next day, same thing. Netflix kept locking up and would only work if it was unplugged for a minute. Back it went!

This is a great product if you are trying to get all of your apps in one and be able to watch discs. The only issue I have had out of it is that sometimes it won't connect to the internet.

I have this same WiFi Blu-ray player for couple years now. Got this one for different room. This one has slightly better connection. Very satisfied. Love Samsung.

Blue ray player works like a charm. I only took away 1 star because it always feels like the smart applications i.e Netflix, Hulu etc feel like an afterthought and run slow and clunky.

Streams Netflix pretty well. Overall pretty functional. We hate that there isn't any kind of indicator light showing when device is on or off.

I Like the quality of the blue ray player. However, I would like to Be able to Zoom The screen Size in Order to fill the entire screen when watching Blue Ray Movies

Changing from the blue-ray back to regular television is not a smooth transition. Otherwise it plays well and has good quality.

The picture is very good, but the player freeze's a lot. It's very annoying.

This is a no frills very basic blu ray player. It’s a great price point and great picture/sound quality.

It does what it says it will do. A little less than what I expect from Samsung e.g. no light signaling when the power is on.

It works good then all of a sudden some apps stopped working and I can only play dvds. Please update the software won’t update. I’ve had this for 2 years

I bought this for my dad after his DVD player stop working and he never had a streaming DVD player and he enjoys it and he like likes how it plays his movies in high quality

After several did not work (the store could not get them to turn on or open the tray, either) I have one that works just OK. I have to unplug it every couple days to reboot it and it's largely a mystery as to when it turns off and on. Occasionally it stalls while loading an application, amazon, netflix. When it works, it works great most of the time. The feel of it is light and it just feels cheap. If I were to take it back I wouldn't get it again.

If you're looking for a reliable Blu-ray player at a reasonable price, this Samsung model is easy to recommend. I've only had it for a couple months, but I have no complaints so far.

I hate that this device does not have a indicator light to show that it is indeed on. Very frustrating to use. After adding the dvd and closing it manually, nothing happened, even after pressing the play button on the remote. Then we were wondering if it was on, but with no light it had us guessing. Seems like such a simple thing why would they leave this off? I expected better from Samsung. Wish I could return it.

It did not allow mirroring from my tablet. It worked ok, but for less than $10 I got a sony that did everything I wanted and was easier to use.

In RV Park using Wifi signal and Cable One TV channels supplied by the RV Park. Trying to setup so we can switch back and not unplug. Also, not enough to stream. At one time I used to receive great customer service at Best Buy but not anymore. Rare to get assistance in helping a customer make important choices when buying electronics watch your cameras see what your associates are doing and promote those who sell & offer customer support.

There is no light that tells you when the player is on. And I purchased two players and I can not get either one to connect to the Wi-Fi.

I like the product it's my second one. The first after one yr is now showing issues. For the moment I am assuming that it's a singular issue not a product issue but time will tell

Works well playing dvds, however kept losing internet connection making streaming difficult. May work better with higher speed internet.
