We bought this as our old DVD/Blue Ray player was acting up. I like that this one has the different streaming apps. It seems to generally work well and we don't have any complaints.

Great system with bonus features such as Hulu, Netflix and others. My only downside to this did player is it doesn't have any led light on the front of the player to show it is ON.

Good basic player with internet connectivity via wireless. Netflix (unlike my basic Roku) has user accounts. Wifi set-up was a breeze.

Originally there was an issue with the system's auto upgrade, I had to call customer service to have it resolved. After the upgrade it runs perfect. The system actually has a faster reponse time, w/ regards to the remote, for Hulu n Netflix than my smart TV.

Good streaming Blu-ray player. It works as it should although I wish it had a LCD display hard to tell if it’s on or not

I’m a big fan of Samsung products but this one just hasn’t been what I expect, when it works it’s great but that is few and far between. Poor WiFi reliability as well.

Purchased this DVD player to replace a similar Sony player that stopped working after only a couple years of moderate to low use.

I purchased mainly to use the apps for my non smart TV, as well as a DVD/Blu-ray player. Was disappointed to find that HBO was not available, like the is on our Samsung smart TVs.

Meets my needs for just a simple player for the family room. The only drawback is that there is only HDMI, would have liked separate audio out (RCA phono).

This is the first blue ray for me. The setup was straight forward. I am happy with my purchase. I have several other Samsung products and have had no problems with there products.

Needed a second Player for my Bedroom. Regular one. Not 3D/4k. My preference was Sony. Since it was on sale, got this one for $49.99.

I bought this product for the bedroom TV easy hook up worked fine the first time I used it, but the next time I use it did not pick up my wf I tried over and over it was a Samsung always satisfied with Samsung but this product is absolute garbage retuned it for a Sony had it now for a month no problems ....

This works well. No problems. We didn't set up the network connection; our TV already has this. Virtually no other set up was required. Remote controls are very similar to our previous Samsung player. Unit is smaller than previous ones.

I love Samsung TV's and I have purchased two Samsung blu ray players in the past and was not disappointed. Since I am a fan of Samsung products I decided to purchase a new Samsung blu ray player with more up to date apps. All was fine for the first three weeks but after the third week the player only connects to the internet about half the time. The Pandora app doesn't work from time to time either. It does play discs just fine though but I bought this for the apps as well. This has been a very disappointing purchase.

The DVD player is really greasy to use and is great to use for any DVD. It also has smart capabilities to use with Netflix and other programs. Very pleased with product.

I got this when it was on sale for half price. I'm very glad that I did it was a great investment for the bedroom it has smart functions which I have utilized and will continue to utilize good video quality playback definitely would recommend this

My Samsung Blu-ray player connected with no problem to my wifi network. I haven't tried streaming yet but don't expect to have any problems. I'll update my review if necessary.

Let me start by saying that I own 3 Samsung smart TV. I hoped and assumed that the Samsung Blu-Ray player Would-be of comparable ease and quality. It was not. In addition to having no power light to let you know if the machine is even on it had difficulty connecting to the home Wi-Fi and ultimately uploading certain programs and apps such as Netflix. I returned it and bought the Sony and have been very happy

I bought this primarily for the streaming capability. I haven't had any issues with it - would recommend it, especially for the price.

I have had friends set it up and it works for a while but then turns off and won't work for a few days. The. It just starts working again. Can't tell if it's on as the light does not come on however for the first time ever I got rid of the box so I could not return it.
