The Blu-ray player is okay so far. Because of all the negative reviews on this player I purchased the Best Buy warranty. It should have an on /off switch!

Doesn't match my Oppo in terms of quality and performance but for $79 it is hard to beat. Can't comment on wireless performance because I have it hard wired.

It is a very good price and works fine but there is no power light to know if it is on or not

This is a good Blu-ray player with pretty decent upscaling capabilities. It replaced a much older and larger Blu-ray player in a bedroom.

We have two of these Smart Blu-ray players from Samsung. They are very dependable and we use them on our HDTVs that are not "smart". They work great.

I did not like the fact that it had no light to let you know that the machine was turned on or turned off.

Bought this in July of 2015. It worked great for playing discs and streaming. In November 2016 it suddenly froze up and I had to unplug it to reset. After that it would randomly power cycle on and off on its own. I couldn't get through a movie on disc or Netflix without having to wait for it to turn back on and find where I left off. Products like this should last longer than 16 months.

Samsung is known to provide quality products. This bluray follows this trend and doesn't disappoint. I upgraded my first generation bluray player and I couldn't be any happier. Awesome interface and apps! Big fan and highly recommend!

I'm a huge fan of Samsung. Live all their products and the only thing I have to say is their BD players should have a "quick start" feature for movie playing.

Easy to install, picture quality is very good, but I have problems connecting to Netflix / hulu using this player.

Buttons to open and power on are slow to respond most times, locked up once and wouldn't work for days. But good quality and stays connected so we like it.

I bought this when my Samsung smart TV stopped connecting to the Wi-Fi. The money spent on this item was cheaper than repair or replacement of the TV.

Wish I had gotten one that had 3D, had a sales person been there to tell me the advantages and disadvantages, I probably would have gotten a 3D player then.

I had one previously and it lasted 3 years before it refused to play the Blu Rays anymore. But it is a good machine and nothing lasts forever anymore.

Fine, but no on/off indicator light which makes a trip to the DVD player a necessity to determine if it is on/off

The unit has worked fairly well. Have had a couple of times where it locked up while streaming and had to unplug to get it going again.

This is a simple blu-ray player that has internet capabilities for applications like Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, etc. A big plus for me is that the TV I have is a Samsung so the connection was very seamless.

Great price but unless you have a Samsung TV the remote won't work. I will recommend for Samsung users.

Good blue ray player only problem I had was it couldn't automatically detect if my sound was in 5.1 I had to manually switch it otherwise it works great

Everthing is great about this item, except for the search for internet shows. There is no memory feature so you wind up having to type your search every time.
