I love that it remembers where you left off on a dvd even if you remove it to watch something else and then put it back in.

I own several older Samsung dvd players; however, this one was so easy to set up. The picture was OK for the price that I paid.

We purchased this to use to watch training programs from dvd's and attach it to the back of a tv for secure and hidden access, except from the side. Not a good idea. The dvd tray does not hold the discs in securely so it would not work for our use. When placed flat it works okay but really I cant recommend as it jumps around while disc is spinning. Not a good fit for us.

The device purchase and upon installing it it could not connect to wifi. Calked the Geek Squad and was referred to Samsung Help Desk. One hour lost in time. Samsung finally came to the conclusion was not up to date. In short ghey mailed me a sound bite which does not seem to fit the device. So far need to call them again to get correct sound pits size. Not fun and not what I expected from Best Buy and Samsung.

player works and has decent apps but the picture quality is horrible (very dark)

This was a random purchase as I was at the store for other items, but I needed a new dvd player and I did not know they now have apps and it wirelessly connects so we can watch youtube, amazon prime etc.

Just an all around great basic Blu Ray player with internet connectivity so you can use Hulu and Netflix.

The Samsung smart blu Ray does the job but I'm not seeing all the apps it says it supports. It only shows 10 or so.

this item has info that is hard to understand ? after working with it I guess you can get through it. I feel it was ok !!??

Nice player. Nothing wrong after few months. It also has smart features so you can skip rocku or other devices

This little box has a simple interface and pumps out good clarity for a lower coating Bluray player.

very good price but connection to wifi is poor and you need to reconect very frequenty

I like the smart device with wifi built in...make any TV a smart one. Very slim design for space saving!

I have have used samsung products for many years and they have given me many years of good service. I bought this as a present and I know it will give good service with out any problems.

This is your basic DVD player. It is nice that you can get Netflix and others on here

This is my second unit. I bought this unit since it gives me the ability to download apps for the TV service I subscribe too. I do not need a smart TV to operate this unit; its my smart console.

Get this blu-ray as an open box sale and it works perfectly. I had a previous Samsung blu-ray player so I very familiar with the product. Very user friendly and I truly like the smart aspect of it.

Really not the best. I liked my older Samsung Blu-ray more. This one can be noisy at times. The picture is good. It has froze on me a few times where I had to unplug it then plug it back in. Went to return it to Best Buy and it had been 16 day's since I purchased it.... so I was 1 day late and they told me to call Samsung.

I thought this Samsung bluray/DVD smart player would take the place of my Roku. After all, it boasted more than 250 apps. I found that to be a complete exaggeration. It did not even have the ability to download many of the more popular streaming channels that the Roku has. I was not able to use the device for streaming Showtime™ The History Channel, or any of the major world news channels. This one's going back!
