We got it hooked up and first thing there is no indicator light to even know if it is on. Our other problem it would constantly freeze while trying to do anything that was networked (netflix). Returned as soon as we could and bought a Sony, Sony works great.

Cannot connect to Prime despite spending $ on an extender from Verizon. Unit does not have a light to show if it's on or off...dumb. Think she will be returning if unable to get it to work properly.
