My unit worked as expected. I don't have as of now any issues other users reported. Simple setup and functionality.

we have purchased a number of Sony dvd players and they never seem to last very long. we have a Samsung surround sound and that has worked flawlessly. this dvd player is working fine,

We haven't had the blue ray player for long so there is not much to say yet. So far it seems to be working well.

Nice player but no on/off light so not always sure when turning on the player with the remote that it is actually on.

I've had another Samsung Blu Ray for 5+ years, and it is junk. If you have an old player l, better update so you can enjoy Smart features as well as greater reliability and solid construction.

it does not indicate when the unit is on or off so its hard to see what is going on

It's a good blue ray disc player,but what I don't like is there are no manual buttons,it's all controlled by remote.

I may have over bought on this product since the added streaming features are already on my smart TV.

This was not a great purchase in my opinion. The biggest complaint is that it does not have a power light so you don’t know when it is on or off. Also the streaming app options are VERY LIMITED . If you just want a DVD player with Netflix access this is for you, otherwise hard pass.

I like the product but am disappointed since Hulu is no longer supported.

This is an easy to use BlueRay player. I just wish it had a light on the front panel to show if it is off or on.

Walked into the store didn't know what I wanted. Salesperson was very helpful and suggested this was the best value. Very happy with the product and would make the same purchase over again.

I have been having problem with my DVD player devise, it's freezes, won't turn on some times over all this devise is poor

Works well. Read speeds are good. Haven't tested many of the features though.

So much better than the Sony (a piece of garbage). Could use more streaming services, specifically Crackle.

This Blu-Ray player was given as a gift and not used by myself. I have not been told of any malfunction so I can only assume it is working fine.

Got this during Black Friday madness as our previous Blu-ray player died on us. Very easy to set up & use. Does it's job. The fact that it's a smart blu-ray player was an added bonus.

I actually bought two of these. The one that I use to only play DVD's works fine. I am having problems getting the other to play anything requiring WIFI. My other complaint is that there is not an indicator light on the front showing if the unit is turned on or not. Sounds petty, but it is frustrating.

Like the compact design. As said in others there is no indicator light for power just turn on and off with TV on
