This DVD player is the best thing that I have ever had because you don't have to hook up anything.also being that I have a 4k tv this makes my room look great

I purchased a second one of these after the first would not shut off and would come back on randomly. I assumed this was just a fluck and the price was good. Unfortunately the second purchased a few months later did the same thing. Learned my lesson and will not buy another.

I am only giving this blu ray player 2 stars for a few reasons. While it seems to work fine now, I had trouble with it for months right after buying it. It would randomly freeze and I would be unable to do anything unless I completely unplugged the machine from the wall. After calling Samsung multiple times, I was finally able to send it in for repairs. Since then, I haven't had any issues with it freezing. But, there are multiple things about the player that I am not a fan of. It is loud when it plays a DVD or Blu-ray. There is no on/off indicator, so if your tv is off or on another source, you have no idea if the player is turned off. It also often takes multiple times of pushing "on" before the machine actually comes on. I mostly only use this player for streaming, and it does that fine (since I got the freezing thing taken care of). Overall, the player works (now), but I would never buy this same one again, nor would I recommend it.

When did they stop giving you the cable's you need to hook up your equipment

Got this for my daughter for Christmas. She had been pleased since she hooked it up.

Although we know each other as room mates and friends, we have yet to go on our first date. We will soon, as I just got my first movie in his favorite color: blu.

We have enjoyed our purchase of the DVD player. We love the option to have the WiFi feature to use on other TVs not connected to a provider.

Hard to tell when it's on. I usuay buy kid friendly stuff but it's hard to adjust to.

I purchased this blue ray player on black Friday. It was my first time getting a smart blue ray player and I've been happy with it since.

And unbeatable Blu-ray player for the price can't be beat !!

I like this device the only problem was there was no signal light indicating that it is on.

My only problem with it is the small amount of apps, otherwise it is easy to use and works well

Simple to use. Connects to the internet easily and quickly.

I like that I can do YouTube on it and it plays pretty good. But every once in a while, it won't do anything. I have to unplug and then plug it back in to get it to work. Plus I wish I had more Internet access. I will research more before my next purchase. I'd buy it again for a really God sale price, but it would have to be less than $50.

Awesome Samsung blue ray player. Combined with a Samsung t.v makes it super easy to switch back and forth .

Sony always puts out great products! Nothing fancy but does what a smart player should do.

Purchased this item after consulting with a Best Buy customer representative. Plugged it in and hooked it up (one HDMI cable) and it works flawlessly. Buy it.
