It is a gift I don't know what can say but I believe not bad at all...so far set up OK

I have not opened the box yet I bought it to replace a Samsung Blu-ray that I believed was going out and hasn't died yet so I haven't opened up the new one

Great player, I got it on sale and it has wifi. I've already used it, and it works great!

The software included is meh and kind of slow but for a low end player it is what it is.

Only complaint is no exterior light function to show the device is turned on/off.

I purchased this player for my living room. I was so pleased with the user friendliness that I purchased a second for my bedroom. Great product for the price

I have these hooked to all my TVs and have gifted them to many people. Never had an issue with any of them. Easy to set up, too.

Hard to tell if it's on with no LED lights. Slow startup, but works well once up.

Works well with my Samsung smart TV. Still having trouble getting the wifi connected though.

We had a problem with the Blu Ray player and had to return, but the 2nd one works fine.

Except my Mom's tv doesn't have an HDMI port and the BluRay doesn't support the AV cables.

This device works very well for the money. Would highly recommend it.

This is the third of this model that I've bought. It's pretty much the only DVD player with smart features that has an audio out, which I need because some other glitch in my system. The first of this model I bought lasted a year and then wouldn't turn on. The second lasted 14 days. Fingers crossed

We bought these to use in classrooms at a church and they have functioned well.

I did not know I needed to to buy a separate cable if you don't have a smart tv.

I only wish it had some sort of pilot light to tell if it's turned on or not.

This dvd player works perfect to hook up to any tv and make it a smart tv for much less cost.

Although the DVD Blu-ray player works well, my Wi-Fi connection stopped working after two months. Troubleshooting with all the Samsung online help and with a Samsung technician on the phone did nothing to make it work. I was promised Samsung higher level tech would call me back within 24 hours and it's been three weeks still no call.
