    We paid $50 during Black Friday week. The apps are ok, but some even have grammatical errors. In general it is slow to respond, but works well. There seem to be software updates regularly, which surprised me, but then again, I've never had a 'smart DVD player' before.

    I am having difficulty setting it up so that I can play the movies as well as regular television. The attaching of the cords is easy enough, but can't figure out the rest. Am able to play a DVD OR the televisions and need to physically change settings for each feature.

    The menu, which pulls up Netflix or YouTube, isn't easy to use- it's slow and when you finally get into the menu it's got a lag so you always accidentally start movies you don't want. For the money it should have a lot better interface. Wish I had tried another brand
