But would not allow Internet access. Or drop wifi randomly. Two boxes back-to-back. Exchanged for a streaming device instead

Replaced the unit and that problem solved. Still get Netflix and some other locking up. Have not got around to calling again and hoping a firmware fix soon to solve.

I feel this is a gross oversight. Most people I know need such an indicator of some manner. Now the only method of determining status is to press the load/unload button. Poor design.

The remote works to turn it off but the unit comes back on again automatically. It is good I have more than one HDMI port or this would be very frustrating.
