I own five of these so I figured why not purchase some for Christmas gifts.

Bought this for my son and his family, who do not have cable but do have Hulu/Netflix.

I have had some difficulty setting this up. It didn't want to recognize my wifi and now that It does, if I turn it on and then go back to tv, it will turn itself back on at will. I'm not crazy about this machine.

This matches our brand TV so there were no problems. It works very nicely.

I bought this dvd player for myself and i love it. So im giving it as a Christmas present.

Great price, Very basic player, no light on the front to let you know it's on. I use blue ray DVDs now but can't really tell a big Differance. It is nice to be able to use other online features like Netflix and Amazon prime etc.

The quality of the DVD as far as movies is good and other features are good, the product appears “cheaply” made. The housing is plastic and compact.

We needed a dvd to replace a broken one. Nothing fancy. This one was fine

I love samsung products. And i guess you cant have enough streaming devices.

We love our DVD player so we bought another one for another family member.

I have another one in my house. I liked it so I bought another one for the house.

The unit turns itself on by itself and activates my television into think I want to use the player and switches my input to the player when I don't want to use it. If I turn it off, minutes later it activates the television input again. Very aggravating. I have to unplug the HDMI input to watch television. Also, If I put in a Blu-ray the unit stops playing the movie (acts like it's buffering) then starts back after missing sections of the movie. If I let the movie sit in the player for a while it seems to play a little better. I've had several Smart Blu-ray players and they've all had issues. Can't they make a Blu-ray player that does what it's supposed to?

a bargain price, works well and inexpensive enough to be disposable when the time comes.

Used daily. No problems for over two years. Happy camper.
