Amazon Prime app not supported on this model

However, it quit working after the first week or so and the Amazon website does not show it as a supported model. Why is it then supposedly available? And why did it work to begin with then quit? Also does not have another app available that we were used to using. Do not care for the Smart Hub menu on this model either. Only purchased this because our older Samsung bluray player stopped playing blu-ray dics. Had to hook it back up so we could use all our apps. Evidently this model is too basic for us.

The power button is not lit, so I never know if its on or not. Also, my fault, I didn't even think about getting a Bluray instead that records.

No wonder the price was so cheap
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I tried to set it up it would not connect to the WIFI (did not find the signal so the antenna sucks). There's no power light so you can't tell whether you turned in on or not. It made a loud whining sound even when enclosed in the entertainment cabinet. And 3 times while playing Blur-ray it just resets and starts over. I think it was overheating. I returned it immediately and got a Sony 4K up-scaler that had none of these problems for $40 more.
