    I got a good deal on this, so I was excited. It has some issues with the remote. It doesn't light up, the buttons are confusing and it resets itself if you are paused for long at all.

    There are no indicator lights to tell you when the player is on. The player does not resume the movie at the stopped spot if you stop a movie midway. You have to start over.

    Purchased thid product on thanksgiving sale. It works well but no loght in the front so you can't tell if its on or off. Ended up returning.

    This player works fine if you just want to play blue ray and dvds. But wont comnect to the internet. All ways says its updating. Looked on line for solution to this problem and found that samsung doesnt currently have one. In short stay away from their blue ray players till they get their act together. I bought a sony blue ray player on Amazon.com instead.

    First of all you would not take it back was hooked up and down loadedan up date all well do run 5 to 10 second and stops hit play again and it does the samething keeps starting over and over.
