Nothing special about it other than it works. The only peeve I have with it is that it doesn't have any kind on LED light on front that tells you when the unit is on.

I enjoy the Samsung line of Blu-Ray players. And this one being $30 off I just had to get it. I don't like that there is no display screen on the front however. Big drawback

I personally have not been satisfied with thus product. I've only had it a couple months and has frozen several times and shut itself off a few times. I unfortunately don't have the warranty on it because I couldn't afford it at the time but really needed the product. I have been disappointed with it and my recommendation would be not to purchase thus product. I think next time I will probably spend the extra money and go with a Sony product. I've had issues with Samsung products unlike Sony.

You get what you pay for. I wanted a cheap Bly ray player for my bedroom. It does what it's supposed to. A little slow at times.

It just passes in my book as a player. The wifi is slow and choppy. And that's with the wifi router 3 ft away. Blu-ray quality is average. A PS3 is still the player to beat.

The item does not have any lights to indicate if it on. Also very slow to respond to commands. Would not approve of this item

It turned on...but there were NO indicator lights stating as such....not to mention the lag so it became a button pressing contest..

Finally found the player I was looking for. Happy!

I only got this to upgrade to a smart app player. It is not as user friendly as I wanted it to be but i'm pretty sure that with time, it will become a lot easier to use.

Samsung makes great products but they missed the mark on this one. It is not user friendly and not very responsive with the remote controls.

We use this in my Grandson's room and he loves it.

This is a low end Blu-ray player but, I expected better quality, especially from Samsung. HBO shows look better than a DVD on this player. Very grainy picture.

It’s good, but it tends to freeze up a lot, and when using the apps like Netflix and Hulu. It also shuts it self off randomly in the middle of a movie

Bought this player to make my tv smart but all I got was the dumbest player that Sammy has ever made. Locks up continuously, has no power lite indicator, slow to boot and slow to play if it ever plays at all. Took it back and got a sony which was like night and day better. Nothing but frustration with this player. DO NOT BUY.

Overall a good player, only complaint is the first one we got quit working after a month. But we exchanged it and have had no problems from the 2nd one

The player itself works great. No Open /Close DVD tray on the remote that I can find. The one on the player is flush with the player and not marked. A little tough to find in the evening. The apps you can downloads are horrible. You have to go to the Opera app store. No HBO go, Showtime, Plex, History, Hulu to mention but a few popular apps. I would highly recommend you check it has the apps you need before purchase. I have a Roku, if I did not I would have returned the player.

samsung is a solid product so im not worried, but will let you know if it has any issues. the sony i have does not work great so i hope this is a better choice

Do not buy this because it is “Smart” the apps you get to choose from are not very good but I have a need for a blue ray player so it does the trick.

Does not connect to Samsung My Hub. Only a few apps. Box was a little unclear on that. Probably wouldn't have purchased this model if I knew that. But works fine.

In the beginning it wouldn’t update, Samsung was not very helpful. So I figured it out myself. Now I use it regularly and it updates fine.
