I can get all the channels I need. The best part is how easy it is to use, I am not very good with electronics but this one is very good. It's still new but so far I have had no problems.

It's a great DVD player. Very easy to set up. Very easy to run. Has all of the functions you want in a blue ray player. However, it freezes somewhat often. I will be watching Netflix and it will freeze. The power button won't shut it off when it's frozen so I have to physically unplug it from the wall and start it back up again. I'd say it happens about once every two weeks. Not sure if it over heats or what the problem is.

I had not bought a dvd player in years, and boy was I surprised. This little box packed it all, you tube, amazon and more. I wish it had a light on front so I could see when it was on, but other than that, its great.

Easy to use and the movie clarity is excellent. I did not know that the player did not come with connection cords. That would be my only concern to report at this time.

I own mostly Samsung electronics and I've never had a problem with them. This unit has good aesthetics as well as good quality picture performance. I'm a happy camper.

I am glad I bought this product. It was at a good price point when I bought it. I do wish though that it told on the box what it came with so I knew I needed to buy an HDMI cord for it.

This is a nice machine, very good price. Has a few key online services like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube. Wish it also had the ability to mirror tablet/phone. All in all, quite satisfied.

This is the second player we've bought. It was easy to navigate and worked great....until it just refused to play Blurays one day after 2 years. I hope this one has a longer lifespan.

Can not believe how small this unit is! It is less than half the size of our original Blu-Ray player! My only knock is the lack of an indicator light to let you know when it's powered on, but we have too many devices with LEDs as it is - you will not be sorry with this purchase!

It's great, good price and easy to fly! I was hesitant to buy as previous ones were VHS/DVD players, but it works great and would get another one in a heartbeat!

Very easy to use and set up the internet. Walks you thru the process and worked with ease the first time.

My father is 57 and he calls me all the time to help him with his computer and emails. With this Samsung - BD-J5700/ZA - Streaming Wi-Fi Built-In Blu-ray  I explained to twice and setup Netflix. He's able to use this device without calling me for help. Lol simple to use !

Great product, the DVR is easy to use as is the added apps and internet options. Netflix, Amazon and more right at your finger tips. Great price too.

So far it seems to work fine playing DVDs including blu ray. There does not appear to be an "on" light. So it's hard to know whether you've left it on or not. That's my only complaint.

Pros: This player doesn't disappoint. It's compact, clean, and outperforms other players in its league. The user interface (menu) is super easy. The controller is smaller (7"x1.5"x1"), which is nice because I own a Samsung TV with a larger control and it's easy to differentiate between the TV and player. Cons: I am not wild about the design or the fact that there are no lights/screen to distinguish if the unit is on or off.

Really love the wireless Wi-Fi and features. Just can't tell if its turned on or off because it doesn't have a light or anything to tell. Other than that its great.

This player was an excellent price, had very good reviews, and of course, you get the Best Buy guarantees. Samsung has it going on. I attached this player via HDMI cable to my smart TV, and it set itself up. Easiest thing I've ever done! It's simple to operate, too.

Easy to set up. Turns on with either the power button or the open tray button. I have a Sumsung TV and it turned that on as well. You will need the proper cable.

I got this to replace a Sony BD player with a really unstable Netflix app. Netflix, Amazon, YouTube apps all work really well. It plays BD and DVD discs excellently as well. One minor complaint: no power/standby light on the front of the player.

It's an easy machine to navigate. It displays a nice crisp picture. It was not expensive.
