I have an it set up for remote control of devices set up in a different room from my tv. The remote eye was difficult to find.

This Blu ray player is ok. Biggest complaint is that is very noisey when playing Blu Ray discs. No noise when playing DVDs. Strange

This DVD blue ray player is ok. My parents has the more expensive samsung blue ray player and it is a lot better

I purchased this Samsung because of the one we have in our bedroom. I was unable to purchase the same model at Best Buy. It says 250 aps included but I only see about 10. Have had problems with remote not working. Trying to go to different aps or different movies on Netflix or using pause or fast forward, the remote does not work half the time. Replaced batteries, but still working all the time. May be returning.

Wish we'd bought a better model. Doesn't have a light to tell tell you if it's on.

Use for streeming Netflix and Hulu most of time. Do not like loss of signal and having to log into or reset.

Alright blueray player. Kinda clunky at moving around the menu system. And doesn't like to stay connected to my wifi network.

I got this player for my parents for a gift. It seems slower than my Sony at booting up, which made for a confusing set up process.

I got this so I wouldn’t have to get a smart TV. It works fine, gets the job done for sure!

when the movie gets quieter you can actually hear the thing "whizzing" and "whurring" and gears grinding... I traded it for another and it was the same.... once again I've learned the hard way... Buy a SAMSUNG phone or TV but dont buy anything else.. dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, DVD player... never again. shame on you samsung.

This was working great until a recent update broke WiFi. This is a common issue, so beware of you're getting it for this purpose.

It's a little slow when using apps. Like Netflix as an example. Otherwise it's ok just use as a blu-ray player.

This device was awful. Multiple attempts to get it to connect to my wifi and would not work. Would never recommend this to anyone.

I wasn't to pleased with the blue ray player. It was very slow and lagged when trying to get on the apps. I like the ROKU better.

I hanven’t used it yet because they didn’t let me know that I needed a cable which I had to go back to buy it today.

This thing is a toy. No, better yet most toys are made better. Stay away from this player.

No matter what we tried I couldn't get it to connect to WiFi. Our other Blue Ray player worked. Will return for another brand.

Works great as blue ray player. But for internet connection look for something better. Sent it to Samsung for repair still did not work brought to Best Buy for repair after 15 days good thing I bought the 4 year warranty supposed to be fixed but I’m using another one as for now.

I like the thin design and the light weight. Would like to have had an input source connection for HDMI connections.

An inexpensive bluray for ocassional disc watching. Other products would be batter streamers.
