I didn't have it long enough to try a Blu-ray in it. While it did work, he menu navigation and Netflix is so slow that it didn't justify the price tag on it. I went back to Chromecast for Netflix and still use my PS4 for Blu-Ray disks.

Can detect the router but can't connect, says it's not located. We have tried all the "fixes" recommended on Samsung's troubleshooting page but nothing has worked. Would not recommend if expecting to stream other apps such as Netflix, Pandora or You Tube.

Theres no indicator light to tell when the device is powered on. Often times have to press the open/close button many times before it works. Wish we had paid more money to get a better player.
