Couldn't get it to work consistently

Blue Ray was fine and it improved our regular picture except when it didn't. It only worked sporadically. We returned it.

Unfavorable design and software
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did extensive research on this unit prior to purchasing, it came with a high number of customer recommendations. Upon unboxing the unit I had extreme difficulty getting the battery cover removed. The design of the remote made it awkward and not user friendly. Once it was hooked up and the initial download of all firmware and updates, the overall layout of the system was not the most user friendly. The built in wifi would not synch up with my network. After trouble shooting all options. Afterwards I hooked up my old unit and it synched up to my system just fine. After talking to geek squad and IT they came to the same conclusion that it must have an issue with the built in wifi.

Can't connect to wifi

Tried for hours but it would not connect however every other device in the house was connected including Apple TV, DIRECTV, 3 iPhones, 4 iPads and a laptop.
