This devices would not connect to Uverse wifi. After several calls to both my internet provider and Samsung I have to send it back in to see if they can fix it.

This unit worked well for a few years, now it keeps turning on and off and you are not able to use it. I have had DVD players that have lasted longer then this.

I thought we were getting a great deal since we already had a Samsung TV and soundbar. However we never got to do much with this as the wi-fi would not connect no matter what we did. We returned this item.

This unit would never stay connected to my WiFi. No matter what I did, every time I turned it on, it was a struggle to get it reconnected. This was my final and last Samsung product I will even consider.

I HATE this player. I try to play my dvds and it plays for a couple minutes and shuts off and back on. I try to use my Netflix and it does the same thing. I wish I never bought this player!!!

I bought this product and was surprised to see that the overall life of the box was 3 years, especially since I rarely used it. I won't be buying Samsung in the future.

Does not work, exchanged but will does not work. Sent back to factory, still does not work. Piece of junk, cheaply made Going to buy a Sony

Don't buy this product if you plan to stream Netflix on it. After two episodes of a show play, the machine freezes, then I have to unplug it, plug it back in and start all over. Very frustrating.

My main reason for this player is for my grandaughters when they spend the night they like to watch Netflix. Wireless connectivity was good for about a week. I even bought a new router. No good.

The remote control was a huge issue. Couldn't get it to work without shaking it and this was after I put new batteries in it. Also, it had issues connecting to wifi. I returned the unit.

The unit wouldn't connect to the internet and despite several hours with Best Buy and Samsung tech support, we didn't get it done. Thankfully BB was quick and courteous with the return and refund.

This blu ray stopped working within months. Upon research, found out that updates can cause the player to stop working. why can't I just get one that just simply plays discs?!

This unit was a waste of money it has malfunctioned messing up my tv l had to take it off my tv would not function and the power would not turn off on the DVD player one star is overrated

Wouldn't stay connected to my internet and would drop movies/shows numerous times. Switched to a Sony product and never had the problem again.

Froze withing 15 minutes of putting in the dvd. Returned for a replacement and the new one had the exact same problem. That one will also be going back. Should have read the other reviews.

We purchased this dvd player because we wanted to be able to watch netflix through it. Well, it was awful. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The internet would never stay connected.

Can not get the YouTube or Netflix to work. This is my 2nd time trying it. It picks up the Internet but neither thing will work. Very frustrating to deal with. Ready to return it yet again.

On my second player in less than a month. They both worked on setup, however after the first use it won't come back on. It won't work from remote or buttons on machine. Highly frustrated

I have had this Blu-ray player for 8 months and no it doesn't load any discs. I really don't use it all the time but I this that it should last longer than 8 months.

Bought 2 for my grandchildren for Christmas they worked for about 5 days already replaced 1 now I'm taking both back they're blacking out. Grandkids-- where did my Netflix movie go!!!
