I went to hook it up to watch a movie Christmas day and realized I needed more cords to do so. It came with a power cord and that’s it

When I did get the right product geek squad charged me twice for delivery.mi was here when he mad the call to not change me again since it was BestBuys fault.

Was advised by sales clerk that this would work with current surround sound. It did not only takes HDMI. Their solutions was to purchase all new system.

I bought this DVD player about 3 weeks ago and it already stopped working. It just started shutting off out of nowhere and now it won't turn back on.

I waited several months before writing this to see exactly how it worked and if the comments about the on/off light is a problem. First, the on/off light is definitely NOT a problem. The system goes off after a short period of non use. When you go back to watch the movie, it remember where you stopped. The remote is very good, the screens are great, the wi-fi works awesome. Great streaming options. Just bought my second one (on sale) for the bedroom.

This player was recommended by the Best Buy associate but its terribly unreliable, ffreezes often and the only solution is to unplug and start over.

I bought this player for my wife's parents. I ran the update and now the we fi doesn't work and you can't get online. Very unhappy. Going to return it.

Always freezes. Called Samsung, they have me keep downloading updated drivers. None of that works. Loud as it spins.

Wouldn't work at all. It would but all apparently some kind of manufacturing defect. I cannot recommend this to anyone will not buy it again

This didn't even last a year with hardly any use. I was very disappointed in the quality and would not recommend it to anyone.

I couldn't connect to wifi. After multiple attempts, was told that this unit only supports wifi connections of 10mbps or faster. I returned the unit.

I bought this for my girlfriend for Christmas. I thought it came with component or HDMI cables but it did not. I can not hook this up to my tv.

I normally get Samsung DVD players I find this one to be very cheaply made it definitely works but the plastic on the outside is very cheap

I will be returning this as soon as I am in the area. It will not hook to WiFi. Will not play netflix or any other feature because of this.

Amazon is not working, seems be working different times. Going to turn it in or contact Samsung to replace. The other apps in there is working

Bought this on Black Friday, had the best price of any blu-ray wi-fi player available. Works good, easy to hook up. Like other reviews, my only complaint is there are no indicator lights on the front whatsoever. The only way to know if it is on is if it shows up on the tv connected device menu.
