This is the second one of these models I have purchased. Both have stopped working completely after about 3 months of very light use. Both models just completely stopped turning on altogether. I would not suggest this blue ray get another brand or model for sure. I am very disappointed.

Do not buy this piece of garbage i normally never write reviews so something has to be really awful or really great. This was really awful. The sound stinks, the thing freezes up, takes forever to load. Total waste of money

This was a frustrating experience! Bought two of these and both needed to be "updated" before being connected to Wi-Fi. You shouldn't have to "update" a product that you just purchased. Took this back and won't be purchasing Samsung for awhile. Found another hassle free brand.

Lasted 4 months. Started not opening. Had to unplug it to get it to open.Then it started skipping and died in the middle of a DVD. Had to rip it open to get the DVD out. Don't buy. I have never owned an electronic device that only lasted 4 months.

Picked up 1/31/2016, installed on 2/10/2016... Used roughly 10 times total and dead on 3/27/2016. Bought 2 of these and the 2nd one has begun to show issues as well (froze up streaming a Netflix movie twice this week - different movie)...

Worked for a little while, then has since stopped. Has never connected well to wi-fi, even though it's on the floor above the router. Now that it completely doesn't work, I've had to break it open to get my DVD out...

Extremely disappointed Samsung should stick to making phones that don't blow up. I was trying to watch a blue ray movie, but I have now lost track at I think the 10th time that it shuts off for no apparent reason.

You can't connect to the internet. Worst purchase ever. Worked for two days and then nothing. Tried every fix and problem shooter there was and still doesn't work. Losing faith in Samsung

Just got the unit and it was easy to set up but this Samsung WiFi Bluray player froze up 2 times in 4 hours and had to unplug it to get it to work again. This unit is going back ASAP!!!!!

I bought this for my Airstream because of it's Wi-Fi capability. Supposedly. Doesn't work. No matter where we go it WILL NOT connect to Wi-Fi. Waste of money IMO.

Received very quick from Best Buy, hooked up no issues day one. Did the software upgrade and everything. Next day wouldn't power on unless I unplugged it and plugged it back in.

Besides it being so slow, it has so many connection issues. Picks up the router but won't connect. I don't have internet speed problems nor is my router a problem. Garbage!

I haven't even had this Blu-ray player for a year, and it is already broken. I used it a handful of times, and now it doesn't work. Stay away from this piece of junk.

Bought in November for my son for Christmas, plugged it in for the first time a few months later and it does not work. Best buy won't do anything.

It doesn't do anything it's supposed to do. Doesn't set up appropriately. Sure, the price is good -- because it doesn't work!

We were never able to watch Netflix which was the main reason we purchased it. The wireless WiFi connection is horrible

About once a week or so, it freezes completely and goes black. It will not even turn off unless it is unplugged.

I just purchased this today, cannot connect wifi..

Sent to repair twice. Still no wireless. Don't buy
