Does not have a power on or off indicator or light, nothing that lets you know if the unit is on or off.

Use it for smart tv and usb for watching movies off hard drive. Works well with network wifi connection. On occasional use of blue ray it has functioned flawlessly. Only complaint is no lights to know if power is on or off.

I actually already have one of these for my living room but loved it enough to get one for my bedroom. I get to watch all of my shows on Netflix and can pop in a movie without having to change the hdmi settings.

This purchase was a great one. The price was right and it give me what I was looking for. Don't need all the bells and whistles just need it to work and it has done that.

I am NOT TECHIE. I could connect and use this DVD player ...... and it offers all the things I need (and I am sure a few extras) with the Samsung brand name at the same $ as the "nonbrand" .... THANKYOU BEST BUY!

First the customer service I received when I purchased my DVD player was excellent. It always is. And the price for the type of DVD player was great. As a single mom I must watch every penny. So I appreciate a good sale.

Picked up this blu-ray player on a whim as a great sale item, and I couldn't be happier with it. I needed a streaming method for an older tv, and this does that easily. Easy to hook up and use. Good quality.

This product was a snap for an old man with low technical knowledge to install and get operational.Excellent picture quality even playing regular dvds that had old 8MM film transfered on to them.

We put this in our bedroom to access Netflix and YouTube. Works great! All kinds of other features and apps, too! Definitely helps with putting our baby to sleep because of the internet access to his favorite bedtime songs!

It's a nice DVD player. Easy to hook up and use. I just wish that it had a lighted power button so you knew when it was on.

This was easy to set up with the on-screen step by step instructions. Convenient, I like that I can not only watch my Blu-ray movies but I can also stream Netflix and Hulu and many more and watch my movies

Great player for the price. Only issue is that when it's on, there is no light on the front to show that it's on.

Well worth the money I paid for it. The thing I don't like about it is I can't install WWE network on it.

Easy to set up and a good picture. Just wish that it had a power indicator would let you know when the power was on of off. Overall satisfied.

Purchased this player to replace an older sumsung DVD Blu-ray. The previous one was used for eight years. I like the extra apps and home screen viewing. Setup was a breeze. We've used it for about two months

No issues at all. Installed in just minutes and was very easy to use. Compatible with all the Samsung lines of TV. Great picture and quality.

Not much of a review but..... Who knew you'd still need to play dvd's once in a while? But, there I was with several discs from some of my favorite TV shows that amazon and netflix don't carry so down to best buy to get a disc player. First I'm a Samsung fan, tv's, phones and now dvd players. The unit I picked up was perfectly acceptable, It performed it's intended functions without a problem and was very easy to set up. For this reason 5 stars, but if you're looking for bells and whistles go elsewhere.

Bought this unit to replace my Panasonic, that is getting slow and starting to fail. This unit works fine, Ned has built in apps, that also work as expected. My only disappointment, would be that the cheaper models don't have options for optical audio output. I guess one of my next purchases will have to be a new SSP. Other than that, the set up on this unit was quick & easy. Internet was easy, both for wifi, and hard lined connection. I have loved my Panasonic, but if having to replace, I know that Samsung makes some great product also.
