Being that I am not very tech savvy I thought setting this up would be a difficult task. Ended up being very easy. Great product.

Seems to work good with any issues that you would expect from a Samsung product.

Great blue ray player and is WIFI so can watch netflix which is great. Freezes while watching movies or nextflix from time to time--have to unplug and plug back in to fix issue. I have another one thats older but same model does not do this.

Originally had issues getting this connected to my curved TV correctly. When I first connected it to my curved TV it made my TV blink several times and I could not watch movies for the first week because I couldn’t figure out what the problem is I had contacted Sony site support and they try to walk me through it which was very helpful but at the same time frustrating because I could not figure out the problem nor could Sony it almost would’ve been more helpful for someone to be there with me to see what the issue was however the customer service was great so I can’t knock them for trying. Finally figured out what the issue was and got it working it’s a great blu-ray player and Sony is a great product would buy again

We just set it up and only have used it once but works great so far

This is my secound one. It works well. The wireless works very good so it is easy to watch Netflix and those things or a bluray

It's solely used for blue ray videos but can be used for other things. There is no light to indicate that the player is on or off, it sometimes jams up and we have to unplug it and plug it back in. The remote buttons can be confusing, as well.

I bought this one during Black Friday sale, it works great, awesome picture quality. WiFi receiver is quite fast for streaming.

This box does just about everything and does it well - bought a TV that is NOT smart, and a DVD that IS SMART. Easy to use and fast on the wifi.

The setup was very easy and it connected to the existing cable and TV very nicely.

Old DVD player wouldn't play new DVDs...this is WiFi so easily does everything.

Great blue ray player very simple and easy to use. None comparable with older samsung models. These just feel light and cheap.

I love the fact that now I can watch Netflix , Amazon, Hulu etc with a click of a button on the remote.

Very easy to set up out of box. Logged on to my wifi and streaming in no time. So far no complaints.

We wanted to get a good Blu-ray player with video streaming capabilities. I respect Samsung products so when I saw this product at a great price I decided it was time to pick this one up. We’re very happy with the device. It plays Blu-ray Discs and DVDs well and the streaming is simple to use. Setup was very straight forward too.

I needed something that was WiFi and small. This served my needs.

This is a very good product. User friendly and does well as a DVD Blue-ray device. But what keeps it from being a great product is that it has a very generic app supplier - the Opera store - so it won't open it's doors to some of the newer kids on the block like Fandango for example. It also doesn't have clearly visible indicator lights in the player for power on/off, no backlit remote and you are limited to 3 apps that you can activate in your main screen (in addition to the preloaded ones) at a time. Not a substitute for Roku, APPLE TV or another streaming player, but if you have nothing it's something. It is a DVD player with a generic streaming platform.

This blue ray player was a replacement for another player and im very pleased with its operation. It loads blu ray s quickly and is user friendly
