The unit is easy to set up and use. has good features. My only issue is that there are no indicator lights on the front of the unit. Unless the TV is on you don't know if its on or what it is doing because there are no lights or any display.

This is a very good product. User friendly and does well as a DVD Blue-ray device. But what keeps it from being a great product is that it has a very generic app supplier - the Opera store - so it won't open it's doors to some of the newer kids on the block like Fandango for example. It also doesn't have clearly visible indicator lights in the player for power on/off, no backlit remote and you are limited to 3 apps that you can activate in your main screen (in addition to the preloaded ones) at a time. Not a substitute for Roku, APPLE TV or another streaming player, but if you have nothing it's something. It is a DVD player with a generic streaming platform.

This player was suggested to me by a store associate and it is great. The only downside is there is no light to tell you if it is off or on.

We wanted to get a good Blu-ray player with video streaming capabilities. I respect Samsung products so when I saw this product at a great price I decided it was time to pick this one up. We’re very happy with the device. It plays Blu-ray Discs and DVDs well and the streaming is simple to use. Setup was very straight forward too.

This product works just like I expected it to. It was simple to hook up, connected immediately to our wifi network and was easy to navigate.

This device is the perfect solution for our bedroom tv. Allows us access to everything remotely. No wires hard connections needed, and tons more channels and content at the touch of a button. These smart devices really do improve the quality of content. I still have to find out how to add streaming channels that are not included on the menu when purchased. I'm sure there's a way.

Originally had issues getting this connected to my curved TV correctly. When I first connected it to my curved TV it made my TV blink several times and I could not watch movies for the first week because I couldn’t figure out what the problem is I had contacted Sony site support and they try to walk me through it which was very helpful but at the same time frustrating because I could not figure out the problem nor could Sony it almost would’ve been more helpful for someone to be there with me to see what the issue was however the customer service was great so I can’t knock them for trying. Finally figured out what the issue was and got it working it’s a great blu-ray player and Sony is a great product would buy again

I like the options it has, Nexflix, Hulu, Pandora etc. Easy to use once set up

I know noting about electronics but this was pretty straight forward to set up.

No Frills - nothing spectacular, but it was fairly inexpensive. For the money, it works really well. My only issue has been wi-fi connectivity - but that could be for a variety of other reasons than the player. Still, good for what it does!

Easy set up and easily goes up in small areas. Easy to maneuver through menus. Nice remote control.

This Samsung DVD Player is great for streaming Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon in lieu of cable. I will be buying another one for a different room.

Bought on Black Friday as a quick replacement. Hooked it up and remote synced to my Samsung tv right away. Quiet operation and loads quick. Problem is there's no controls on player only on controller. Also, no power light and its quiet enough, so you don't know if you left it on or off.

Bought Blue Ray player on Black Friday special. Easy to set up and works really well. I bought partly because the description said that it had an HDMI input and output. Be aware that the input is NOT HDMI - it is USB. Disappointed by Best Buy's incorrect produdt description, and horrible customer service when I called as I got put on hold for 15 minutes at a time and was literally passed between 4 customer service reps. After an hour of this nonsense finally hanging up in frustration. Price was good, but customer service is awful.

I have tried all the wireless wifi blu Ray players and this one is by far the best one. I just wish I could delete the apps I don't use on it
