The DVD player does not have any LEDs or some sort of indication that the device is powered on, or what it's doing unless your on the input and watching the screen. A display on the unit would complete it.

great dvd player

Smart software has just about all apps available.And the price was right. Very happy with puchase and have been purchasing Samsung products for some time now. We have had lots of good deals with Samsung, and no problems with the equipment.

Quick Bluray loading and responsive.

This unit was a purchase for my daughter and she really enjoys using it; however, she misses the back lighting from her old Samsung remote. This of course is a personal preference and in no way takes away from this units wonderful entertainment experience.
