The charger and cable was inside the box with no internal package just lose and the box was also a bit beaten up. The product itself seemed new so I didn't open a return but it's pretty disappointing to pay for a price of a new product and receive a returned one.

Cables that come in the box or purchased separately are of the standard length of 1 meter(3.3 feet). Anything longer will greatly affect the charging time. The perpendicular one it replaced was really solid and more stable staying connected to the outlet, which I also purchased from Best Buy.

What is a little irritating is the design only allows the consumer to use that one core that came with it. This is due to the fact that normally a charging block is built to have a usb on one end and the other tip for whatever device you own on another. This block requires the user to have a double sided Type-C charger.

Maybe I lost the one that came with my phone? It has had problem starting several months ago. The cable connection port has problems. Kept happening to move it around to charge it and then it would just stop and then I'd move it around some more. Very annoying.
