Its a charger. But it is a good charger. Well worth your time.

Useful and convenient but blocky while plugged in causing other outlets to be blocked unless a power strip is used to make room

This charger gets my phone from 10% to 100% in a hour. Helpful when I forget to plug in my phone when I get home late from work and have to head back out early the next morning.

This is definitely the best charger for electronic devices i have used. It charges everything soo fast, and i take it everywhere i go. I will purchase another when i go to Best Buy
