Management is awful at my local store! Management and store employees could careless about customer service, they are hard to deal with and do not have any compassion! There is no communication between online and the actual store, so if you order online to pickup in the store, you better hope you dont have a problem with the order! Wouldn't be surprised if Best buy files for bankruptcy in the next 5 years!

Best buy was not helpful online or in store for support. Registering it with Samsung for the warranty was impossible. Pass on this at all costs.
