Bought this product to expand storage on a Playstation4 system. Incredibly easy to set up and after a short migration process not only do we have more capacity but load times from the SSD are noticeably faster for game startup as well as scene loading for many of the games our family plays. Heavy use since purchase and no issues to date...purchased 2 more to expand other consoles as a result of how happy I was with this one and all 3 have been just great!

Blazing fast, super compact, stupid easy to use and more storage than I could hope for. If you pay attention to the costs of GB and find this on sale, it's a great purchase for those who need to add more space.

I purchased the Samsung T5 1TB Portable SSD because it is very compact. It is fast and easy to utilize. I use it for storage of my music files. I will be buying another.

Good price. Connected to computer effortlessly. Has plenty of memory. Fast communication between the external drive and my computer - no lag time noticed. Small and compact.

Im super happy with the preformance boost from this on my xbox one x. Destiny 2 loads atleast 40 percent faster now. Keep in mind for matchmaking with others, youll typically still be waiting for THEIR systems to load. But, if you play alone, or 90 percent of the time your loaded into the world atleast a minute before others. Much thanks to ELISHA, for going and getting keys to unlock cabinet so i could purchase. BEST buy needs more help in my moms opinion, she got tired of waiting for one of the two people working in computers to free up and went out to the car. But Elisha noticed, and lended a hand, much grateful.

I set this up on my iMac and it works great. The drive is plug and play and you instantly have an extra TB of storage that is almost as fast as the internal storage. It is small and easy to hide on the desk.

I needed a fast external SSD backup to store my large music and picture files residing in my new Dell XPS desktop in oder to save space on the PC's own SSD. I tried WD and Sandisk drives. They came with a very short USB 3.1 cables so they could not be connected to the back of my desktop tower (they are clearly designed for use with laptops. Then I read about the Samsung. Comes with a long enough USB type C cable so it can sit on top of the PC. Very fast, as one would expect from an SSD, but very easy to use: just click COPY on any file in the PC, then click PASTE somewhere in the Samsung and..."voila". highly recommended.

Amazing little storage drive. Super fast and about the size of a credit card. Can’t believe that it is a terabyte! So much storage in such a small package!

Reading and writing to this SSD is extremely fast. It is well worth the money spent so that it is less time that I have to wait for. I do a lot of transferring of data from device to device and this has helped save me time. If money is of concern, buy a 500 GB, or just wait a year or so and I'm sure they will come down in price. I like my Samsung products and these meets my expectations. I have a 500 GB SSD (Samsung) and also this one. I'm able to store both in the case that came with the 500 GB SSD and they pack nicely in my computer bag. I like that they are small and light weight and no moving parts. They will outlast any normal external HDD.

Wanted to purchase a SSD drive due to its speed and reliability. Wish they had the 2TB version in stock because we deal with a lot of photo and video data. This drive is as fast as our "super" MAC computer.

This SSD is perfect. 1TB holds a lot of data and it is extremely fast when hooked up to a MAC Thunderbolt connection. It's so small and portable that it fits in a shirt pocket.

I've been impressed with the speed and size of this drive. The transfer speed is very usable and the 1TB size is capable of storing almost anything I would want to put on it.

I got the black version as well as this rose gold version. Very durable and transfers files very quickly. Small and portable as well. Great for large file transfers.

I use this for my PS5. I stored all my ps4 games onto the ssd still has a ton of room. Super fast, and small so it can almost be hidden away

Let me start by saying I know very little about computers and electronics this was a very easy plug and play unit I bought a solid state unit because I didn’t know just how much bouncing around it may have to take. As far as I can tell for now this 2 TB unit is holding everything I need and more it’s a very good external hard drive

Ive refrained from SSD due to expense but Im glad to finally pull the trigger. This drive fits in the palm of my hand easily and is incredibly light. Very fast transfer speeds and quickly read by my TV. PROS: -Fast speeds (transferred a 2 gig movie in under 5 seconds) -Feather weight, I think the cord weighs as much as the drive itself. -Comes with both USBC and USB connectors, bonus for my MacBook that only has USBC connectors. -Aluminum case gives confidence it can get tossed around without damage
