great so long as you do not use two systems

I bought this so I could work between my Windows pc and my Mac OS. The problem is that when this drive is set up for windows it will not work in OS and anything stored on it is not accessible.

Quit working after three days

Returned to store where they offered to replace it, but wanted to be paid to download software. Why should I pay to recover stored files from a defective hard drive that failed within a week. I will get files recovered and return defective item for refund and then on to Amazon.

Too slow!

I rarely get above 40 mb/sec when transferring to my i7 using USB 3.0 port. I get more than twice the transfer speeds from a U3 microsdxc card. This is billed as an SSD but not performing at internal SSD speeds.
