    needed to add a backup drive for files. the box had no paperwork in it, and the hdd case has a loose connection port for the unit. looses contact with circuit board. not fun when in the middle of transferring 20 gigs of data

    Sound build quality of the drive itself. Usb-C cable was not a sung fit when I tried to insert it into my MB. Software it came with could have been more intuitive.

    I purchased this drive on September 9th, 2019, at first I just used it for small files and just recently downloaded a large game that I had intended to transfer to my NVME drive, but apparently my external SSD is corrupt and I cannot transfer any large files from with, without it flat lining the transfer rate. Overall corrupt SSD, which happens, but the fourteen day return policy is bogus. At least a thirty day defective policy for drives.

    I was looking for external hard drive storage for computer/tablet and my Samsung note 9. Employee told me it would be compatible, most lilely because it is a Samsung product. Once home and multiple failed attempts, I read the insert to my dismay- it is NOT compatible with Note 9 or certain phones; although the list was long as to what is compatible. So had to return and got a headache with in store for the return.
