FORCED TO BUY 2ND ONE SO THIS ONE COULD BE FIXED
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this device 9 months ago and 5 months in, the cord started failing. Well I thought it was the cord. The device kept disconnecting at random while I was using it. I called in to Samsung to get it fixed. They told me I had to find a place to put the files I had and then send them the device. Well that would mean me going out and purchase a new device in order to fix this one. I reached out to customer service and corporate and got no where. Buy a different device with a different company if you want the warranty to not be a total cluster.
