Love this monitor! The color is beautiful and really enhances the ohotos my husband edits! Its a photographer's dream! He loves it! Best purchase I've made in a while!

The monitor is honestly better than expected. I went into the store with a different monitor/brand in mind and ended up purchasing this one. Clean graphics, good resolution, and really enjoy the curved feature.

Decent enough for a lower-end curved monitor. No luck getting it to connect to my MacBook Pro on either HDMI dongle or DisplayPort - just not working - but works fine on the intended PC system. Control switch is a bit fiddly. Fine for what I paid on sale.

I purchased this monitor in June of 2021. On Friday December 10th, my monitor worked great. I didn't use it or go near it all weekend. On that Monday, the center portion of the screen was all black. I spent over an hour with customer service trying to get help on how to return the monitor. I tried to talk to their supervisor, but she said the supervisor was not in today. I was told I would have to go two weeks without a monitor while Samsung diagnoses the issue. I delivered the monitor to a USPS store using the prepaid label provided by Samsung. On January 6th, 2022, I was told that my monitor only just arrived and I would have to wait an extra 7 to 10 days just for the diagnosis. After talking with customer service, I received an email that my monitor had arrived at Samsung. On January 14th, I received an email that my monitor would be returned to me unrepaired. Today is January 17th. Person 1 told me that Samsung contacted me asking for a bill of receipt and couldn’t get a hold of me so the monitor would be shipped back to me unrepaired. I asked to talk to their supervisor, and Person 1 told me I would receive a call within the hour. No call. I called back and Person 2 somehow had new information and told me it would be $150 to repair the monitor because there was physical damage. I have been waiting over an hour on the phone waiting to talk to their supervisor. Rather than continuing to try and work with customer service, I decided to cut my losses and will buy a monitor from another manufacturer. Long story, short – my monitor stopped working after six months and customer service is so bad that, in the time spent trying to get help from customer service, I could have gotten a part time job and bought a new monitor. I’ve really liked my previous Samsung products (TV’s, monitors, etc.) but never had to work with customer service before. I’m sure most of their products are good and mine just happened to be defective, but know that if you have to reach out to customer service, you will likely be SOL. Strongly recommend against Samsung products.

I see why it's 5 star rated. Everything about it is 5 stars. The highlights for me are the display and the monitor speakers..unbelievable. Enough said. I highly recommend it!

I had to return this because it does not have the connection points to mount for wall or arm mounting. Very disappointing because the picture quality is great.

At first I was unsure of the curve, but it definitely has been easier on the eyes. I use it for daily business and personal work, as well as gaming, and it exceeds my personal expectations.

First time buying a curved monitor, It was a bit challenging to set up. There is a screw that you have to remove. I suggest you search and watch a youtube video. The monitor is very good and and big enough multi windows work,

This is the second time I have purchased this monitor. Great for my work space, clear picture, and the curved monitor helps with viewing spreadsheets when not directly seated in front of the screen.

Purchased this to go with my mac mini. Love the curved look. Had to buy a webcam to go along with it, but all told, the quality and price were worth it.

Love Samsung, the monitor is clear, camera is great. I use it for zoom for meetings,Works PERFECT. Best Buy was right on target with their curbside pick up and courtesy. Monitor is a perfect size for home or office.

Great Monitor for my Laptop. Working from home on a small monitor was challenging. Buying this monitor has changed how I see the material. Would buy this item again for my daughter using her laptop for college.

This is my first curved screen monitor and it looks and feels amazing. You can’t play around with settings too much but honestly there is no need to. With game mode it just helps a lot and makes it even better.

It was time to remove the TV monitor from my desk and get a real computer monitor. Quality is very good and highly recommend Samsung products

Works great with my new 2020 Mac Mini. Don’t freak out if there are weird mis-colored squares at first boot up. Just run a calibration and you will be fine. The curved screen is easy on the eyes while working.

This monitor could be a little bigger for my taste but as it is the picture is great and the curve really does make a difference when staring at a monitor for hours getting paperwork done!
