THE PROMISE OF LESS EYSTRAIN BECAUSE OF THE CURVED SCREEN IS TRUE. I HAVE ONLY PARTIAL VISION IN ONE EYE AND THAT EYE CAN TIRE EASILY. THIS TECHNOLOGY IS VERY HELPFUL TO A VISION IMPAIRED PERSON.

The curvature is just right and the brightness is pretty good. For the price, I feel they could have done better with resolution and refresh rate but it's a good monitor nevertheless.

If your trying to set up a dual monitor display, this monitor is a great for that. Comes with eye saver mode which is a plus at night.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung - T55 Series 27" Display.
Please know that this monitor does indeed tilt. It has a tilt range of -3° to +20°, as listed in the User Manual.
Place the monitor on a flat sturdy surface, hold the base down firmly with one hand, grasp the top center of the bezel with your other hand and push firmly and gently back. This should tilt the monitor screen back. To tilt the monitor down, just push the bottom of the bezel gently and firmly back while pulling the top of the bezel towards you. This should get the monitor in a more upright position. If you are still having issues please contact us:

My problem was that the color was not great when used as a second monitor. Even with the brightness up, it was dim and not crisp colors. I spent many hours with multiple customer services (Best Buy, Samsung, and my work) and no one could figure it out. I replaced the first monitor with a new second one and had the same problem. I ended up having to get an entirely new brand that did work.

Weird clicking noise started a few months after pu

I looked into it and it seems to be caused by the hot screen interacting with the cold plastic. Otherwise it's very nice. I can see a slight reflection of light along the bottom of the screen but it's not too much of an issue. I would give it five stars but that clicking is extremely annoying when I'm trying to sleep and it's unacceptable. Now I have to contact Samsung and see what I can do.
