What's worse is that neither Samsung nor Best Buy possessed any practical knowledge of the process and the only solution Best Buy offered was to PAY Geek Squad to do it! NO thanks! We received a replacement and encountered smae problem; the only reason we got it on in the end without having to pay for "installation" was through watching YouTube videos.

It makes a difference thats for sure. I do wish it had individual adjustments instead of the toggal switch. It works ok.

I returned it the next day because the display quality was so POOR! It looked like I was browsing facebook on Windows 95. The colors were DULL despite messing with the settings and doing the AMD sync. The curve thing was a gimmick. If you're getting this for the included speakers, save your money, get an HD monitor and buy the speakers!
