    A lot better than the t7 shield if you ask me on this one when you plug the cable into the hard drive it actually snaps on the shield it does not snap it feels loose and jiggly on the shield

    Had no issues using it but needed a better way to transfer data from pictures and movies to its storage. And was surprised how fast I filled it up. T7 /1Tb went fast. Movies take up a lot of space. If you are going to use it for that. Find out how much space might need first, before choosing your storage device. I bought another 2Tb this morning myself. And I’m not sure about writing over deleted space in it. Haven’t figured that out yet.

    So far, seems pretty solid! Make sure you set it up right though... it's not super intuitive. It comes formatted in a way that not all computers recognize or work very well with, so your best bet is to go into drive manager, delete the volume/format, and then create a new volume/reformat it for your computer.
