The performance of this Samsung SSD has been nothing short of exceptional. I’ve been using it for both personal and professional purposes, and it handles everything I throw at it without a hitch. What stands out the most is the reliability. This is a great SSD and very reliable, I just needed more space than this but if you are only going to be using about 1TB of storage this would work great for you!

Excellent SSD. Bought it to back up my computer that was running slow. Took hardly any time at all to move 400 GB worth of data over. Definitely worth the extra money for the high speed and very easy to use. Make sure your computer has high speed USB ports to get the maximum speed out of this.

Great product great value performed as I expected. This is actually my second purchase I have different other storage sizes in this size and brand. It’s a brand I keep going back to because of the right liability of the product. I just need more storage space for what I do and I can count on it. And the speed is like standing outstanding.

This is worth buying i should've gotten the 2tb but i just wanted to see if i would like this and all I will say is that I'm very satisfied with this and it is real quick when setting it up and this will work with your game system this hooked right up to my Playstation with no problems

Good portable SSD for filmmakers and videographers! Fast speeds and hours of BRAW footage at Q0 on the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema 4k. Being able to document and not worry about the footage corrupting or about storage to record at the highest settings. Highly recommend for reliability and quality.

I was able to restore my late 2012 iMac (bought in 2013) using this beauty. The Fusion Drive (mechanical section) had failed. I loaded iOS to a flash drive using shift-command-R on boot up. Split the Fusion drive. Finally restored my 1.1 TB system to this 2TB external drive using Time Machine (from a 5TB external HD). Now the iMac runs faster and better than new from this external SSD over the speedy USB 3 port.

Have several of these to move data from one device to another and also storage of data. Works great no problems with connectivity

Purchased for backing up two PCs prior to upgrade to Windows 11. Fast, easy to use. Did not overheat during a large (450GB) write, despite what other reviewers have said.

This thing is the perfect compact data backup for your laptop, tablet, and phone. If it doesn't automatically work on your device, the Best Buy team are ON IT, and it's so appreciated.

Back-up is important. I do not leave everything to the Cloud or One-Drive. The T7 2TB external is perfect for on-site back-ups.

fast, quiet, and runs fairly cool. I used this to copy my window hard drive files…years worth, when switching to a mac mini. The copy took a while, but that was the old spinners fault
