You can't go wrong with the T7. It's very compact, fast, comes with both USB-C to USB-C and USB-C to USB-A cables and works great. It can get a little warm under prolonged read/right but other than that I don't see any fault with this mighty drive

It's amazing how things get smaller. I have an external hard drive from a few years ago that has a 500gb capacity and this is double that at 1tb but a third of the size. Small, fast and so far seems quite robust. Can get warm when writing to the SSD, but never hot.

So far this drive has been great. Very fast and no issues whatsoever. I got it to replace two failing drives and I was able to recover and this guy ate all that data up without any issues.
