I bought this to replace an aging Samsung T3. Used primarily for backing up important files. Noticed the speed difference immediately going from T3 to T7. Very fast and quiet. No heat problems. Got it on sale also. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Easy installation and very fast. I would recommend this drive.

This little 2TB External SSD is great! It works as intend and is relatively transferring large files over USB A. However it is mind-blowingly quick when transferring files over USB C. Although this is a great external SSD the price for this is just absurd and there are cheaper options out there for someone who is on a budget.

I bought this to allow more storage of sentry mode and dash cam recordings for my Tesla Model 3. I plugged it in with the included usb cord from Samsung into the port in the glovebox. Tesla software recognized and formatted it without issue. Simple upgrade.

Loving this new SSD recommended during my melt down due to my other regular external drive not being accessible. Best Buy Geek Squad was able to access the crashing drove and transfer everything to this drive. Thabk you for saving the day Geek Squad!

i switched over to samsung after experiencing 3 failed ssd external drives from sandisk extreme pro. Im a wedding videographer and, opening a drive with lost data is a nightmare!!

Bought as a backup to my desktop PC in case of need to evacute during a hurricane. Physical size is great - about 1/2 the size of my cell phone, and storage accomoadates all my files. Great peace of mind.

Quick delivery. I copy everything and haven't even dented it's capacity. It's just 1.5"x2"x1/4" fits anywhere.

My Samsung T27 drive performs as I expected; no major problems. The only issue I have is that on my system (Windows 10), if I use the USB3 cable the data transfer to the drive is very slow and sometimes hangs (could be my system though that particular USB3 port works OK with other peripherals). Instead, I use the supplied USB-C cable and that works flawlessly. If not for this anomaly I would give it 5 stars.

Compact and great for storing all of my Steam Games on it. I have 180 games in my Steam Library. This little guy is holding them all. 800ish GB of games, runs them fine.

Perfect for my needs. I didn’t want to spend 200+ on an internal hard drive so this was a perfect fit for me. The games move between the external hard drive and the system pretty quick.

I have had external backups drives before and they are not always easy to use and were quite large. This solid state driver is well worth the money and very easy to use!

Simple to use. Plug it in, make a folder, and copy / paste or move what you want into the new folder from your phone or PC.

This was the perfect advice to be able to carry in your purse and be able to upload all your photos and videos to keep them safe in one spot and not have to pay for storage

When I needed a external drive,I talked into getting something that works fast, that’s when I decided on getting the SSD instead of the HDD being that the SSD doesn’t have any moving parts.

I picked up a 1TB variant of the Samsung T7 as my "go to" external storage for all my DNG files for my Lightroom Classic files. It goes with me every time I import directly from my SD card and straight to my T7 instead of importing it into my internal SSD on my 14" MacBook Pro.

Great small drive. WITH A ACTIVITY LIGHT. I was using sandisk and WD drives without indicator lights and this drive is a breath of fresh air. Now I can tell if there is life in a drive or not. Also I love aluminum construction for the better thermals.

Ideal size for saving information from my computer and cellphone.

It was easy to find on the website and order. And coming into the store to pick up was essentially in and out.
