This compact drive is fast and very reliable, I have also previously owned and still used a T5. They are great products!

So far so good! I'm a graphic design student and use this SSD with my Macbook. The files transfer relatively quickly and I love that it's so portable. No complaints so far, will update if there's anything.

Definitely needed and it out did my expectations for this device. Definitely would do again.

Purchased this to use as a dedicated external drive for Mac mini. The reformatting for dedicated Mac use (i.e., no swapping back and forth between Mac and PC) is a bit complicated for a newbie with the different formatting options to select from. But once formatted correctly it is extremely fast and a great option for 2TB of external storage compared to upgrading the Mac's internal storage.

This little hard drive is a powerful yet easy drive to use. It quiet, and fast. I use this to backup my date for my MacBook and have never had a problem. I would not only recommend this but I should be a requirement if you have important data to back up.

Used it to back up a Mac Book. It was straightforward and did the job. It was a bit more expensive that I thought an external drive should be - but Best Buy had it on the shelf.

If you need a reliable and fast external SSD, you can't go wrong with this model. As a design professional, I have extensive storage needs and I've tried a few different models. In my opinion, the Samsung T7 offers the best value for the price and highly recommmend. Its fast and reliable, which are the most important attributes

Thisnhas been one of my best purchases for my pc, external ram is very much needed when most PC's only come with around 500gb internal, great buy! No problems so far. And its been about a year since purchase. Still running strong and a highly reccomended product by me to my freinds for a while now!

Needed an external drive in order to transfer files and documents regularly from multiple physical locations. It's built quite nicely and it is so slim, I can place it inside one of my backpack pockets. Transfer speeds are much faster than when I was dragging around a bulky plastic hard drive.

When bench testing, the drive read & wrote at advertised speeds using MacBook Air M4. Under sustained, heavy loads, the drive gets warm, but never did it get too hot to comfortably touch. Note that I did not install the included software. I formatted it for use with MacOS Time Machine and it works fine. The price at Best Buy was very competitive. Shipping was nearly instantaneous. One odd thing is that the manual never mentions when the LED should be illuminated, flashing or off. Occasionally, when I know it is writing or reading, there is no light or the light is solid. Even when the computer is off, sometimes the LED is lit. Beats me!

This is a great SSD and very reliable, I just needed more space than this but if you are only going to be using about 1TB of storage this would work great for you!

Always reliable, always a go to drive! I tend to always stick with the Samsung ssd drive as this has never failed me yet!

I love this SSD! Very useful device. It's small and and accurate as advertised. It's fast and great for high speed data transfer especially in photo or video editing. I mostly utilize this as an editing drive because it's designed for such high bandwidth transfer rates.

Have several other brands at this point. The Samsung is the only one i feel confident is not going to crash on me with valuable photos and video files on it. Its worth the premium to get the reliability.

This 1TB small portable SSD is easy to carry it and can fit in the pocket all the time. It's worth the price.

Excellent SSD. Bought it to back up my computer that was running slow. Took hardly any time at all to move 400 GB worth of data over. Definitely worth the extra money for the high speed and very easy to use. Make sure your computer has high speed USB ports to get the maximum speed out of this.

Great product great value performed as I expected. This is actually my second purchase I have different other storage sizes in this size and brand. It’s a brand I keep going back to because of the right liability of the product. I just need more storage space for what I do and I can count on it. And the speed is like standing outstanding.
