This storage fits in the palm of my hand. It might be small, but it has so much storage. I have backup two computer files and photos.

It just worked on my iMac - I used Disk Utility to format it and then Migration Assistant to move the contents of my failing system disk to it

This little hard drive is a powerful yet easy drive to use. It quiet, and fast. I use this to backup my date for my MacBook and have never had a problem. I would not only recommend this but I should be a requirement if you have important data to back up.

I was able to restore my late 2012 iMac (bought in 2013) using this beauty. The Fusion Drive (mechanical section) had failed. I loaded iOS to a flash drive using shift-command-R on boot up. Split the Fusion drive. Finally restored my 1.1 TB system to this 2TB external drive using Time Machine (from a 5TB external HD). Now the iMac runs faster and better than new from this external SSD over the speedy USB 3 port.

It's small, it's fast, it stores data. Nice of Samsung to include two different USB cables.

Needed an external drive in order to transfer files and documents regularly from multiple physical locations. It's built quite nicely and it is so slim, I can place it inside one of my backpack pockets. Transfer speeds are much faster than when I was dragging around a bulky plastic hard drive.

Great product great value performed as I expected. This is actually my second purchase I have different other storage sizes in this size and brand. It’s a brand I keep going back to because of the right liability of the product. I just need more storage space for what I do and I can count on it. And the speed is like standing outstanding.

So far so good! I'm a graphic design student and use this SSD with my Macbook. The files transfer relatively quickly and I love that it's so portable. No complaints so far, will update if there's anything.

Excellent SSD. Bought it to back up my computer that was running slow. Took hardly any time at all to move 400 GB worth of data over. Definitely worth the extra money for the high speed and very easy to use. Make sure your computer has high speed USB ports to get the maximum speed out of this.

I love this SSD! Very useful device. It's small and and accurate as advertised. It's fast and great for high speed data transfer especially in photo or video editing. I mostly utilize this as an editing drive because it's designed for such high bandwidth transfer rates.

Our purchase replaces a previous drive. The small size makes it easy to transport, if we need to. Good value and ready to fill with our pictures.

Good portable SSD for filmmakers and videographers! Fast speeds and hours of BRAW footage at Q0 on the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema 4k. Being able to document and not worry about the footage corrupting or about storage to record at the highest settings. Highly recommend for reliability and quality.

Very fast. Using for Xbox One X and Xbox One S and downloads/playtime is super quick - honestly, can tell it is better than the internal storage. Super slim and well worth the price. I know it is more than an HDD, but got to tell you...100% worth it when gaming and you can 100% tell. I did a lot of research and this came up top of list on many review sites.

Great item, I use for work and is very fast and dependable. This is about the size of a credit card and works well if you travel. I purchased two of these for my coworkers to use. I purchased one in Black ad one in Blue, this way we can tell the difference from one persons to the next. I had a smaller drive and this one is much faster and the file transfers are super quick. I would purchase again when needed.

Love how tiny and fast this is! It does get pretty warm when active, but no problems so far.
