Easy of use when connecting to a Mac or phone. Lots of memory

This external USB drive is a very impressive product. Connectivity and access parameters are excellent. Samsung continues to offer software updates on this product suggesting continued support is a welcome virtue.

Perfect, lightweight external. I'm using it as a backup drive, and it works perfectly.

Purchased new when it was on sale. The drive is more than fast enough for backups, since I am not using as a primary boot/data drive. Small and light and USB A 3.1 to C gives about 3 GB transfer rate, fast enough for it's write function and better than the spinning hard drive I had for a backup before.

I needed a newer solution that was faster than my old external drive. I've had this one for some time now. The transfers are quick and the case that was included makes for easy transport. My normal usage is for personal files and gaming. Its compatible with my PC, tablet, and Steam Deck.

My son needed this portable SSD from Samsung for school, and it has been perfect for his needs. The small size makes it easy for transport back and forth to class, and the 1TB makes it possible for him to store all of his projects safely! He actually got one for each of his classes because he was so pleased.

So much storage in a small and affordable package. I carry it with me every day. No moving parts. No worry about a failing part.

This SSD drive provides a good amount of storage space and speed of access, plus more reliable than spinning drives.

This drive is more than capable. It can handle 4K video footage like a champ. Im able to edit right on the drive with zero latency or buffering.

I love it. It’s Fast, Small, easy to use. And yes I would recommend it for Storing Backup Photos, Time Machine for my Mac etc.

This is the only brand and model that I buy. I currently have two of these (Gray & Blue). For me, one backup is not enough, there should be two copies, incase I need to re-format one SSD.

Incredibly fast, small size, convenient to have and carry. A great way to expand storage without much space taken up on a desk or in a bag.

It started running a back up the moment I said "go" It has been a reliable option as my main back up on my MacBook Air running Time Machine. East to access to view the saved data.

Works as it should. This was an upgrade after a very old one. I like how small and sleek it is, I was expecting it to be large and it’s not. Lots of storage and cost effective for the amount of storage.
