Samsung software (Magician) doesn't recognize it most of the time and when it does, reports it healthy. Saving files to it is extremely slow if it works at all and when it does slowly start saving, it becomes very warm to the touch. This is not a quality device and I strongly advise anyone considering an external SSD NOT to buy Samsung.
