Fast, lots of storage and very portable and fits anywhere

The second one I've bought. Extremely portable, fast and reliable. I love it.

I always purchase these Samsung solid state drives. In the past it has been the T5, but this time it was the T7. They are speedy and reliable. I believe the T7 is faster than the T5 - it felt faster, but I was also using it on a newer computer, so it could simply have been the bus speed. I also really like that they come with both a usb c to usb c cable and a regular usb to usb c cable - so no matter what kind of connection you need, it works. We have Macs and these drives work with them out of the box.

Got this to store pictures from my iPhone. It's small and quick. It does get pretty warm, so just be cognizant of that.

I installed Mac OS on this SSD drive and now run my iMac (Intel with a tiny SSD drive). It starts up in less than half the time and no more slowdowns when I open multiple programs (I did add more RAM). Plus I can take it with me If I need to work elsewhere and have access to a Mac.

The Best Buy employees had it ready as soon as I got there from placing the order online so kudos to them for sure. Great hard drive, very fast, easy to work off of. I got it without the gel because it saved a little bit of money but if you're traveling a lot with your HDs maybe invest in the protective gel.

I picked up a Mac Mini to replace an older (and 8x the price) workstation. I upgraded the ram on the order but just got a 512GB hard drive model (which runsfxthe OS and programs) and have all the data/videos/photos, etc. on a Samsung T7 external over FireWire. The price-per-gig setting up this way made that decision easy. The data transfer speed is so fast, I can’t tell the difference between the external and internal (It’s immediately obvious how fast this is). Great drive!

I was looking for a drive that I could take on the road for video editing, and the capacity and speed of this drive work perfect! Highly recommend.

Can't say enough about the t7. It's seriously awesome! So compact and so much fast storage. With the thunderbolt 4 now it blazes!

I use this for extended storage on my PS4/PS5 and it is excellent. Games load times decreased about 40%-50% on PS4, depending on the game. I also use it for PS4 games on my PS5 to free up valuable space on the internal storage. I highly recommend this for anyone with an extensive game library to help manage storage and avoid the constant re-download of games.

Seems to work well, so far. It is quick and came with two mini cables for transferring data. One USB-C to USB-C, and the other from a USB-USB-C

This hard drive is super fast and a great deal! Amazing how much storage you get from something thats smaller than my wallet. I know this hard drive could potentially fail in the future but with no moving parts (SSD), its way more reliable than the hard drives we all used just a few years ago.

Quick and tiny! Love how small this is compared to my old hard drives. Super portable. Does get really warm when transferring large amounts of data. I just did my transfers in batches to ensure it didn’t overheat as I’ve seen happen to some in other reviews

A little expensive, but this SSD drive is very compact and works great. Super fast with USB-C cable.

Small and compact hand drive. Works fast and stores a lot. I would definitely buy this product again for sure! It even looks pretty cool.

Great SSD. Fast and furious. Stays cool and has lots of space for my photos and movies. Smaller than I expected. Strange occurrence with the cable provided, the connector at the drive melted as if overheated. Didn't affect performance, but I replaced it anyway. Hasn't been an issue since.
