    Came in to get an external hard drive and was not to very sure what kind to get or how much memory I would need. Ed (the supervisor) came over to help me out to pick one and then he even walked me over to the register and checked me out. Had a great experience and was very fast.

    Purchased this to use as a dedicated external drive for Mac mini. The reformatting for dedicated Mac use (i.e., no swapping back and forth between Mac and PC) is a bit complicated for a newbie with the different formatting options to select from. But once formatted correctly it is extremely fast and a great option for 2TB of external storage compared to upgrading the Mac's internal storage.

    For portable solid-state storage, Samsung seems to be the way to go at this point in time. I say this because I am very happy with the product myself and the professional photographers I follow most recommend these as well.

    Pretty good so far. I have had no issues with it. I bought this to backup all the important files on my laptop incase it stops working before I can afford to buy a new one. Super fast transfer. My only regret is buying the version without the rubber cover. This is one slippery SSD!

    I originally purchased this product online. It's a great on the go SSD card, which I love. My husband got to the store for pick-up a little early and my order was still in a "hold" status, but the in-store representative was kind enough to cancel the purchase and conveniently make a new in-store purchase for the same product.     The product is fast and reliable. The USB-C to USB-C connector that came with it was disconnecting and ejecting the disk from the back of my motherboard. I switched to the USB-A to USB-C cable that came with it and it's been fine since.
