I needed this for storage. was in my price range I am very satisfied

Fast connection over USB C. I use it as Time Machine disk for home Mac back ups. The back ups are super fast and the drive is small enough to have for portable use. Picked it up on sale.

Same day, I purchased it I installed Windows 10 and played some games. Performance was good as it gets. Cables provided are visibly of great built and plugging unplugging feels very stable. So far I am very happy with this purchase

Working just fine. It's small and unobtrusive. About the size of half a deck of playing cards. Nice indigo color. Seems well made and durable. I leave it plugged in all the time and sitting on top of my mini tower.

I use it with my Xbox to run games that take up a lot of space. I’ll definitely will definitely buy a 2TB one next. Transfer rate is insane, and the difference between just the HDD and then adding this is insane.

Screaming fast backups and file transfers. I do wish the software was better that comes with the device. Windows backup is okay but restore is less than intuitive.

Incredible, powerful, and fast. Samsung once again not only providing solutions for needed problems but excelling at it. Rendering problems in game are gone when this baby is paired with the original xbox one.

Well worth the purchase.. I had to back up my work laptop after it started to crash. I got everything transferred over and had plenty of room to store more.

Good and solid build. After a few months of having this, the jack on the drive is still solid after many cable changes. Also dropped drive as well, housing still in great shape!!!

Love how small this external drive is. I have not tried the encryption software yet. Using this product was no different than other external drives. But the size is what makes this drive stand above the others.

I bought this for work in the IT field and I don’t regret this purchase whatsoever. I transfer a massive number of large files on a daily always under 350 gigs and I needed something fast with a type c cable transfer. After testing this on 68 computers I was very impressed it reduced my work time considerably. My only gripe is no Velcro cable management on the cable but that was solved by adding one. I have both the 500GB and 2TB versions. Make sure you buy this on sale but if you don't you won't regret it. You get 2 cables USB 3.2 to c cable and c cable to c cable

Great product. I like that it is compact and durable for on the go. It also has an option to pw it for access. I backup my data and rest easy knowing if something happened I can retrieve my info.

We bought a number of these for work. They're fast enough my teams can sync their code easily. I'd prefer a larger size but the step up in cost is a little steep. No issues though, and I'd recommend them.

Great external drive for any need. I use mine as storage location for photos and videos I'm actively editing. The USB 3.2 interface is a super fast and loads videos and photos with ease.

Amazing piece of hardware. I use it on both my series X and S and game transfers are a breeze. Also playing Xbox one games are faster and take advantage of the FPS boost and quick resume

Really fast ssd transfer speeds. I upgraded from a Hard Drive to this ssd. The ability to use a passcode to unlock the ssd is great and provides good security for sensitive information.

Best SSDs out there! The speed is blazing fast, and the password protection software is good. It runs well on windows, but I haven't been able to get it working on Mac, so they'll have to bug-fix that.

So glad I bought this Samsung USB external hard drive!
