It worked as a backup for my computer perfectly. It was smaller than I expected, but it fits in the case I bought with all of its components easily. I also appreciate that it has texture--it really helps it be less slippery

Never a single issue with thousands of hours of use. Why buy any other brand when these work flawlessly, they are durable, they look great, they are compact and super light weight, and the specs are amazing. I really like all the color options, too! A little on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for. Great job Samsung!

Best External Hard Drive for Photographers

Have been using it for the past month or so and it has been great. Transferring media on and off is really fast for a non raided drive with no crashes or corrupted media or slowing down my system when editing. Of course, the first time I used it I ran out of room and wish I got the 4TB version...

A Good Replacement Drive

If you plug it into a USB 3.0 port, you will get fast response times and stalker game play. This is the 2nd T7 I have purchased and it delivers in performance and reliability. It is worth the price.

For the price it appears durable and fast. Comes with both a USB-C to USB-C cord and an USB-A to USB-C cord. Would like to see one with even more capacity than 4TB
