Broke my last hard drive when it fell off my desk. Was looking for something durable and found this. Using it for backup and running PC games from it. So far highly recommend.

Great performance for my purposes

It takes a lot of storage. Active VMs are very high I/O and I run the VMs from this device. Performance is excellent. Highly recommended for this purpose.
